All artworks and merchandises are created by Paola Bascon (Art Of PAO). All rights reserved.

Any purchases from Art Of PAO may not be used for resale or commercial purposes with the exception of a valid contract agreement with the artist.

CUSTOM ART COMMISSIONS

I am available for custom art commission requests via email. If you have a specific request in mind for a commission and/or have any inquiries, feel free to email me at artofpao@gmail.com with “Custom Art” as the subject title. All custom art commissions created are for your personal use. It may not be used for reproduction or resale.

FREELANCE WORK

I am open to doing freelance work. You can send an email at artofpao@gmail.com with “Freelance Inquiry” as the subject title for freelance work inquiries. Freelance art services that I offer include illustrations, book cover art, and etc.

WHOLESALE

If you are interested in purchasing my art prints and/or enamel pins for wholesale, please contact me to discuss pricing and other details.

SHIPPING

All orders are dropped off at the post office within 3-5 days (Expedited orders are the only exception). Shipment of products will be through the USPS.

Each order will have a tracking # included once a package is ready to ship. Possible delays may occur while package is en route. Thank you for your patience.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES  

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Refunds may not be issued. Exceptions for a refund may be made depending on a case by case situation.
